What we collect. Only what you give us, plus what every website needs to run:

• When you request a visit: what brought you in, your first name, phone, email and the best day and time to reach you.
• When you call, text or email us: whatever you choose to send.
• When you sign up for our newsletter or a guide: your name and email.
• Automatically: our web host keeps standard server logs, like IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the visit. We use them to keep the site running and secure.

Tracking and cookies. This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or retargeting, and it does not set tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this page first, and we will never send anything you type into our forms to an advertising platform.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat every visitor as if that signal is on.

How we use it. To answer you, schedule and confirm visits, send the newsletter or guide you asked for, keep this website secure, and meet our legal duties. That is it.

Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run things for us, like website hosting, email, our scheduling and records system, and our texting service. They may use it only to do that job.
• Your attorney, if you are a personal injury patient, and only with your written authorization.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.
• A new owner, if the practice is ever sold or merged. Your information stays protected by this policy and by medical privacy law.

Text messages. When you text (747) 367-1774 or ask us to text you, we use texts for scheduling, appointment reminders, forms and replies to your messages. Texts never include details of your diagnosis. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or just tell us. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of care.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your health information. This website is not where your medical records live. Once you are a patient, your health information is protected by the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act and HIPAA, and our Notice of Privacy Practices explains exactly how. Ask the front desk or email us for a copy. Our booking form only asks what we need to schedule you, so please keep medical history out of it. We will go over the details in person.

How we protect it. This website uses an encrypted connection. Only our team can see your requests, and the companies that help us run the practice are bound by agreements to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

How long we keep it. Booking requests come to our office by email and are not stored on this website. Patient records are kept as long as California law requires. If you reach out but do not become a patient, we keep your message only as long as we need it for normal business records.

Your choices and rights. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works. Reply STOP to any text. You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records, like medical records, we are required by law to keep. California residents have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone. We will never treat you differently for asking.

California Shine the Light. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Other websites. This site links to places like Google, Yelp and Instagram. Their privacy policies, not ours, apply once you leave.

Children. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information online from anyone under 13. Care for minors is arranged through a parent or guardian.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. Big changes will be called out clearly.
