For your chiropractic visit, it’s best to wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for easy movement—think athletic wear like leggings, gym shorts, joggers, and soft t-shirts. These make it easier for your chiropractor to assess posture, perform adjustments, and guide you through any mobility or rehab exercises. Avoid tight jeans, stiff fabrics, or bulky layers like heavy sweaters or jackets, as they can interfere with treatment. We also recommend removing accessories such as belts, necklaces, and large earrings before your session. Women may find sports bras more comfortable than traditional bras, especially during posture assessments or soft tissue work. While most treatments are done barefoot or in socks, wearing supportive shoes like sneakers to and from your appointment is helpful. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to give us a call before your visit.
